HOW IT BEGAN
In 2015, two University of Washington graduates decided to part ways with corporate life and take a leap of faith to start their own business. As the city was growing, and an influx of tech-professionals began flooding the city, it was apparent that there was a great need for Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine....
...Fast forward to today. we have 5 trucks roaming the city streets with our sight on more trucks, more cuisines and more happy customers. Our goal is simple: Focus on lunch, continue to learn and improve so we can better serve all of Seattle. Hyper-focused on authentic, great tasting food. On creating a balanced meal that will propel you into the rest of your work day. Keeping three simple, yet critical components always in the forefront: quality, consistency and speed.
